That’s a win in our book!
Air fryers have officially changed the “fried foods” game. The best part? You can air fry ALMOST anything! If you’re looking to add more vegetables to your diet, homemade air-fried veggie fries make for an easy, satisfying side dish or snack. Lifehack for parents: making vegetables as “french fries” can also be a good way to get the kiddos to eat more veggies. We rounded up three guilt-free air-fried crispy veggie fry recipes that will satisfy your craving for something crunchy, salty and delicious without all the fat, grease and calories!
