Sweet Potato Fries with Spicy Mustard

Ingredients
 1 sweet potato
 drizzle olive oil (or oil of your choice)
 ½ tsp paprika
 salt & pepper
 Gulden's Spicy Brown Mustard (or dipping sauce of your choice)
Directions:

Peel the skin of the sweet potato.

Slice the sweet potato into thin fry-like sticks.

In a bowl, add a drizzle of olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Mix until well combined.

Spray the air fryer tray with non-stick cooking spray.

Place cut sweet potato slices into the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400°. *Be sure not to overcrowd the air fryer*
