Cinnamon Rose Baked Apples
Baked apples never looked OR tasted so good! These adorable, healthy treats are perfect for any occasion.
Clean apples thoroughly
Cut apples in half, core them and slice into thin slices
Keep slices together and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Combine honey, cinnamon, and a dash of brown sugar in a small bowl
With a pastry brush, coat the apples with the mixture and add a dash of brown sugar to each apple
Bake for 30 minutes at 350°
Once cooled, spread the apple slices in a line and roll into a spiral to make a rose
Enjoy with low-calorie ice cream, tart crust or simply by itself!

Ditch the artificially coated candy apples from the grocery store and make your own healthier version in just a few steps!

Insert wooden stick into each apple
Coat each apple with nut butter spread of your choice
Sprinkle on desired toppings, such as freeze-dried fruit, seeds, coconut flakes, etc.

Air Fryer Cinnamon Apple Fries
Clean apples thoroughly
Cut apples into slices, about 1/2 inch thick
In a bowl, toss apple slices with cinnamon and sugar
Lightly spray apple slices with cinnamon avocado oil spray and toss until combined
Spray air fryer with cooking spray so the apples don't stick
Add apples to the air fryer basket
Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes or until edges start to brown, tossing the apples every 5 minutes
Enjoy immediately
