Cinnamon Rose Baked Apples

Ingredients:

2tbsphoney
½tspcinnamon
3dashesbrown sugar

Clean apples thoroughly

Cut apples in half, core them and slice into thin slices

Keep slices together and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Combine honey, cinnamon, and a dash of brown sugar in a small bowl

With a pastry brush, coat the apples with the mixture and add a dash of brown sugar to each apple

Bake for 30 minutes at 350°

Once cooled, spread the apple slices in a line and roll into a spiral to make a rose

Enjoy with low-calorie ice cream, tart crust or simply by itself!
