Put into blender cup:
1 cups of frozen banana
1 cup of sliced apple
1 teaspoon of coconut butter or coconut oil
1 tablespoon of almond butter
1 cup of almond milk
1 table spoon of sweetener (your choice of one of the following): stevia, raw honey, or maple
Optional: add your choice of protein powder (one scoop)
Blend well.
