That time of year is just around the corner, and many parents are searching their local grocery stores for healthy Halloween snacks for their Frozen Elsas and their mini Star Wars Storm Troopers can enjoy that won’t leave them with a sugar rush.

Nothing says fall like spiced hot apple cider—we like it hot or cold sometimes! It’s one of our favorite healthy Halloween snacks for teens and tweens because adults can enjoy it, too! This classic fall drink will get the whole family in the spirit for the fall season, and it’s much healthier than hot beverages like hot cocoa. Crispy Fruit Marshmallow Snacks
You can easily turn Crispy Fruit into a healthy Halloween snacks your Finding Dory sea creatures with a little imagination! Here’s one idea: Fill a pastry bag with mini marshmallows on the bottom, and add a layer of Crispy Tangerines, on top. Finally, add Crispy Pineapple above that and tie the bag with ribbon in Halloween colors. Just be sure to place the bags in the fridge until ready to be served, to keep our snacks fresh and crispy!
Pumpkin Muffins
These sweet treats make for great healthy Halloween snacks for kids and are also great for bringing into classroom Halloween parties at school. Witch’s Brooms

Recreate a witch’s broom by taking a slice of provolone cheese and cutting fringes for the broom using scissors. Then, roll the cheese around small pretzel stick with the fringes pointing downward.
