Zoom in to do a variety of stretches and strengthening exercises with certified fitness professional Debra Hanoka, MPH ACE, CPT. A chair is used for seated and standing exercises and support. This class is designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. Class can be modified depending on fitness levels. Age should not be a barrier to improve your health! Equipment: A sturdy chair is needed. Light weights & resistance bands can be used but are optional.
