  cup low-sodium soy sauce
 2 tbsp rice vinegar
 ¼ cup canned pineapple juice
 ¼ cup ketchup
 1 tsp garlic powder
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tsp black pepper

Whisk all ingredients together and toss chicken with the marinade.
