Ingredients
8-10 oz. soymilk or low-fat milk
Medium banana
1 Tbsp. all-natural peanut butter (like Justin’s)
4 ice cubes
Directions
Chop the banana into chunks. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. You can add more milk or ice depending on how creamy or think you prefer your smoothie.
