1 zucchini
1 egg
½ cup panko bread crumbs, seasoned
salt & pepper
Spicy Mayo Ingredients:
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp hot sauce
½ tsp paprika
salt & pepper
red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:

Slice the zucchini into fry-like sticks.

Combine bread crumbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Beat the egg.

Drench the sliced zucchini sticks into the egg and roll in the bread crumb mixture.

Spray the air fryer tray with non-stick cooking spray.

Place zucchini into the air fryer for 15 minutes at 400°. *Be sure not to overcrowd the air fryer*

Combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, paprika, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes (optional) in a small bowl.
