5 mint leaves without stems
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
8 oz kombucha, ginger or original flavor
2 oz seltzer
½ cup ice
extra strawberries and mint for garnish, optional

In a small bowl or glass, muddle the mint leaves and strawberries until the mixture forms a puree.
