If you’re looking for a healthy alternative to caramel apples, try these delicious caramel apple smoothie bowls. They are the most delicious smoothie I’ve ever tasted. This smoothie bowl is much more of a dessert than a breakfast but you certainly could enjoy it anytime.

Caramel apple smoothie bowls are loaded with nutrition. Ingredients include: frozen bananas, chopped apples, vanilla Greek yogurt, collagen peptides protein (optional), cinnamon, medjool dates and milk. The dates give the smoothie a lot of sweetness and a caramel flavor without adding added sugar. The Greek yogurt and milk make it creamy. It is loaded with fiber from the banana, apples, dates and nuts and protein from the yogurt, collagen peptides, nuts and milk. Delicious and nutritious!

The toppings are up to you. I chose cashews because they are rich and creamy. I added more sliced apples for flavor and crunch which is awesome with the creaminess of the smoothie. The granola adds more crunch and in order to call it a caramel apple smoothie, I added a drizzle of caramel sauce. So good!
